A strong believer in Karma, Prashant enjoys sharing his thoughts with the aspiring architects at Rizvi College of Architecture, where he began his quest for lifelong learning. His curiosity towards the scriptures and spirituality are largely responsible for his minimalist and clutter- free approach to design.An avid traveler who thinks life is best lived out of a caravan and sees basking in sunlight as early morning Zen indulgence and not just stocking up on Vitamin D. Molten High Multi Storey Residential Building by Prashant Chauhan Molten High is a multi storey residential building located in a hot and dry town in India where pottery was a traditional profession. The design recalls a clay container deformed during making and then baked. A parametric skin covers the southwest staircase and brings filtered light and ventilation to the stairs, forming a contrast with the simple array of windows and balconies. The molten appearance of the facade is created with custom made recycled plastic ribs. The building measures 20 by 4 metres in plan and rises to a height of 50 metres.

Osia Villa Single Owner Luxury Residence by Prashant Chauhan Osia Villa is a private residence set on a plot of 2800 square meters overlooking paddy fields. The design connects indoor and outdoor areas, blurring the boundary between shelter and landscape. Two terraces mark the villa: an east terrace arranged for breakfast and a west terrace on the second level used for evening gatherings. A pergola seating area on the recreational floor is supported by the existing beam grid and frames views of the setting sun. Materials were sourced locally, and the pavement uses waste granite pieces.

Ungrey Private Apartment in Mumbai by Prashant Chauhan Ungrey is a private apartment in Mumbai with an interior of about 200 square metres. Colour blocking is the main design feature, applied continuously across the walls and the floors. The existing surfaces were polished and coated with micro-cement in several colours, then finished with a protective layer. All forms were marked on site before coating to follow the drawings. The bar unit and the credenza were made in a factory. The interior replaces the common grey home and is intended to be experienced as an artwork. The project took eight months.

Rustic Zen Private Home by Prashant Chauhan Rustic Zen is an apartment interior design in Nagpur, India. The home occupies a full floor of about 400 square meters on the sixth floor of a high rise building, formed by joining two apartments. Light and ventilation enter from all sides. The living area of about 2000 square feet holds a formal living space, a bar, a family living space and a dining space, which can be separated by glass partitions when needed. A guest bedroom, a powder room and the kitchen connect to the dining space. A rustic material palette shapes the calm and elegant character.

4.56 JVPD Luxury Residential Apartments by Prashant Chauhan 4.56 JVPD is a residential building located in Juhu, Mumbai. The building holds luxury apartments, with one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. Post tensioned slabs remove the need for beams, so each internal floor plate is column free and the interiors can be planned in many ways. Large open windows bring daylight and cross ventilation into every apartment. A private lift opens directly into each home. The building reaches a height of 52.9 metres, which respects the limit set by the nearby airport funnel zone.

4.56 Interior Design by Prashant Chauhan 4.56 is a reception lobby designed for a residential building. The lobby has a non-rectangular plan, with a length of 8.5 metres, a width of 7.3 metres and a height of 3 metres. Large glass surfaces increase daylight. White walls and grey flooring create a bright and visually light space, while black elements and curated artworks by various artists add contrast. A large artwork behind the reception desk recalls the sea waves of Juhu Beach. Residents reach their apartments directly through a private lift.

Pearl White Residential Interior by Prashant Chauhan Pearl White is a residential interior created for a high-rise apartment in Mumbai, India. The home is organised around a circular plan that supports fluid movement, spatial continuity, and panoramic city and mountain views. Marble flooring with brass inlay, semi-precious stone work, hand-tufted carpets, and bespoke joinery reflect Indian craftsmanship. Lighting and services are concealed within the ceiling and wall assemblies. Covering about 465 square metres, the interior moves from private to social zones and is planned as a calm urban retreat.
