The application uses a dynamic color palette that moves from day to night, guiding users from wakefulness to relaxation. The home and meditation pages have a bright interface, while the sleep page uses muted dark tones that reduce screen glare. Users can choose guided mindfulness sessions, sleep stories or soothing sounds. Micro-interactions and adaptive content suggestions personalize the experience. Accessibility principles shape the layout, so people with different needs can navigate the screens easily.
