Polar Care Mobile Application Design by Antara Dave Polar Care is a mobile application designed to support people with bipolar disorder. The application draws on behavioral psychology, cognitive therapy techniques and mood disorder research. An adaptive interface guides users through emotional check-ins, medication tracking and daily wellness rituals, using a calm color palette that reduces mental effort during difficult moments. A Family Circle feature connects patients with designated supporters, and insight pages show mood patterns over time. Crisis Support offers immediate help through one-tap emergency contacts.
